SUMMARY - Perform Procurement Activities For Supplies, Equipment And
services; review requisitions and convert to purchase orders; ensure
compliance with university and Massachusetts procurement requirements;
coordinate vendor outreach, bids/RFPs/IFBs, contracts, and vendor
records; support departments with purchasing guidance and training. KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES - Verify requisition accounting and vendor sourcing;
monitor compliance with procurement thresholds and policies. - Confirm
departmental fund availability and coordinate with Budget Office to
resolve issues. - Process procurement documents: vendor outreach,
quotes, REQ/PO entry, contracts, solicitation documents. - Assist with
IFB/RFP development, postings, legal ads, and bid openings as
