Fit Recruiting is excited to partner with a growing industrial company on the Eastern Shore in search of finding a talented Marketing Manager to lead content creation, digital marketing initiatives, and brand engagement efforts across multiple business divisions.


This is an outstanding opportunity for a creative, hands-on marketing professional who enjoys both strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compelling content, managing social media and email campaigns, overseeing website initiatives, and supporting business growth in a dynamic B2B environment. Salary is in the $75K-$95K range depending on experience.


Key Responsibilities:


Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute annual marketing plans and strategic initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
  • Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and emerging market opportunities to strengthen market positioning.
  • Measure and analyze marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations based on key metrics and campaign results.
  • Support voice-of-customer initiatives, market development programs, and customer feedback efforts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with company objectives.


Content Development

  • Develop and manage content for websites, product literature, brochures, case studies, white papers, presentations, and sales enablement materials.
  • Write and edit compelling technical and marketing content tailored to industrial and B2B audiences.
  • Create customer success stories, project spotlights, and application-driven content that highlights company expertise and solutions.
  • Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and strategic marketing initiatives across multiple business divisions.
  • Manage content calendars and oversee the planning and execution of content development activities.


Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create engaging digital content that increases brand visibility, customer engagement, and market awareness.
  • Coordinate video, photography, graphic design, and written content to support integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor analytics and campaign performance, identifying opportunities to optimize engagement and results.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.


Email Marketing & Customer Communications

  • Develop, write, design, and distribute newsletters, email campaigns, and customer communications that support brand awareness and business growth.
  • Manage marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and audience segmentation strategies.
  • Coordinate product announcements, company news, educational content, and promotional initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and engagement metrics, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain customer databases and support targeted communication strategies.


Website & Digital Content Management

  • Manage and maintain company websites, ensuring content is accurate, current, and aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Monitor website analytics and user engagement metrics to improve digital performance and user experience.
  • Oversee website enhancements and content development initiatives that support lead generation and customer engagement.


Video & Multimedia Content

  • Plan, develop, and coordinate video content for product demonstrations, installation training, customer applications, company updates, and promotional initiatives.
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts to create educational and technical content that supports customer engagement and sales efforts.
  • Coordinate photography and visual content projects that strengthen brand storytelling and market presence.


Trade Shows & Sales Support

  • Lead trade show planning, logistics, and promotional activities to maximize brand exposure and customer engagement.
  • Support customer events, Lunch & Learns, training programs, and industry presentations.
  • Develop sales enablement materials and customer-facing resources that support business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with distributors and channel partners on joint marketing initiatives and promotional programs.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within industrial or technical environments.
  • Proven experience developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success creating content for industrial, manufacturing, or technical audiences.
  • Experience managing websites, social media platforms, email marketing programs, and digital campaigns.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common marketing software platforms
  • Experience within manufacturing, industrial distribution, oil and gas, petrochemical, energy, construction, engineering services, or related industries.
  • Experience developing and editing video and multimedia content.
  • Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design tools.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious and eager to learn technical products, industrial applications, and customer needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
