Salary ranges from $90K-$110K depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 3 (AR Manager Analysts)
- Oversee credit approvals, limits, and collections strategy
- Manage a portion of the AR portfolio and stay close to day-to-day activity
- Improve processes, workflows, and reporting for scalability
- Partner with sales and operations to balance growth and risk
- Drive ERP and system enhancements to increase efficiency
- Monitor risk trends and support financial reporting/borrowing base
Requirements:
- 5 years of credit, AR, or finance experience
- Prior leadership experience
- Strong financial analysis and risk assessment skills
- Experience with ERP systems and credit tools
- Process improvement mindset
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
