Fit Recruiting is partnering with a leading commercial construction firm to hire an Estimator to support a high-performing preconstruction team. Salary ranges from $70K to $95K, depending on experience, with company growth, perks, and benefits.


Responsibilities:

  • Build accurate estimates from schematic through construction docs
  • Perform takeoffs and analyze subcontractor/vendor pricing
  • Review plans/specs and identify risks opportunities
  • Collaborate with project teams and attend pre-bid/site meetings


Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of estimating/preconstruction experience
  • Construction-related degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong attention to detail ability to manage deadlines
  • Experience with OST, Bluebeam, Timberline, or similar

Salary : $70,000 - $95,000
