This role is responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, vendor payments, customer invoicing, collections, and maintaining accurate financial records. Salary is in the $50K - $60K range, DOE.
Duties:
- Support the company’s day-to-day accounting and administrative operations.
- Managing vendor payments, customer invoicing and collections, payroll processing, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Strong organizational skills, integrity, confidentiality and willing to wear multiple hats in a small office setting.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll
- Attention to detail
- Familiarity with payroll processing and compliance regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- QuickBooks experience
