Salary is in the $60K-$70K range, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail showroom store
- Assist customers, designers, and contractors with product selection and sales
- Coordinate appointments and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work within the POS system and assist with transactions
- Organize displays and maintain an attractive showroom environment
- Help promote and move inventory through customer engagement and sales efforts
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience
Requirement
- Prior retail, showroom, sales, customer service, or design-related experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Sales-oriented with a customer-first mindset
- Experience with POS systems preferred
- Interior design, home furnishings, outdoor living, or merchandising experience is a plus
