Showroom Manager

Fit Recruiting is partnering with a growing local company to identify a Showroom Manager for a newly created role with strong earning potential and growth opportunities. This position will oversee and operate a retail showroom environment focused on moving and showcasing inventory in a more customer-focused setting, creating a more consistent experience for designers, contractors, and customers. We are looking for someone personable, organized, sales-minded, and excited to help create a fun, welcoming showroom atmosphere. The right person will enjoy working with customers, assisting with product selection, coordinating appointments, merchandising displays, and driving sales. Salary is in the $60K-$70K range, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail showroom store
• Assist customers, designers, and contractors with product selection and sales
• Coordinate appointments and maintain strong customer relationships
• Work within the POS system and assist with transactions
• Organize displays and maintain an attractive showroom environment
• Help promote and move inventory through customer engagement and sales efforts
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience

Requirement

• Prior retail, showroom, sales, customer service, or design-related experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
• Sales-oriented with a customer-first mindset
• Experience with POS systems preferred
• Interior design, home furnishings, outdoor living, or merchandising experience is a plus
