fit-flavors is a fast-growing, faith-driven meal prep company serving 4,000 meals each day across St. Louis. We're building a team of people who care about customers, enjoy helping others, and want to grow with the company.

Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time: 1–2 full shifts per week.
- Weekend commitment: 2–5 full weekend shifts per month.
- Required availability: Must be available to work both Saturdays and Sundays.
- Weekend hours: 9:40 AM–6:15 PM.
- Location flexibility: Must be willing to work at any fit-flavors location in the St. Louis area, including Edwardsville as needed.
- Pay: Competitive hourly compensation.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and create a friendly, personalized shopping experience.
- Build relationships with customers and help them feel supported in their health and wellness journeys.
- Learn our fresh, chef-crafted meal prep products and confidently recommend options based on customer preferences and goals.
- Help customers find convenient, nutritious meals that fit their lifestyles.
- Process purchases and maintain a clean, organized, presentation-ready storefront.
- Work with your team to uphold our high standards for customer service and hospitality.
What We're Looking For
- A friendly, upbeat personality and strong people skills.
- An interest in nutrition, health, fitness, or healthy eating.
- The ability to communicate well and make customers feel welcome.
- Pride in your work and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- The ability to stand and move throughout a full shift and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work at different Fit-Flavors locations.
- Availability to work 2–5 full weekend shifts per month, with availability for both Saturdays and Sundays.
Retail, hospitality, customer service, or nutrition-related experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn go a long way. We provide training to help you feel confident in the role.
