Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all dealership operations, including sales, service, parts, and administrative functions.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory control, purchasing, pricing strategies, and merchandising to optimize profitability.
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop staff to ensure high performance and excellent customer service standards.
- Supervise team members' scheduling, shift management, payroll processing, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping, cash handling procedures, and POS (Point of Sale) system operations.
- Foster a strong team environment through effective communication skills, employee orientation, and leadership development initiatives.
- Monitor retail math metrics such as sales volume, gross profit margins, and inventory turnover to inform decision-making.
- Coordinate marketing efforts and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, store policies, and industry standards while promoting a positive store culture.
Skills
- Proven management experience within retail or dealership environments with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong negotiation skills for purchasing agreements, vendor relations, and customer negotiations.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus for diverse customer engagement.
- Skilled in recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff; adept at employee orientation processes.
- Proficient in inventory management systems (POS), bookkeeping software, payroll processing, and retail math calculations.
- Demonstrated leadership in retail sales management with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to handle cash handling procedures accurately while maintaining high standards of cashiering practices.
- Experience with marketing strategies including digital campaigns and promotional merchandising.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple priorities such as shift management and administrative tasks.
Pay: $60, $75,000.00 per year
