Job Summary
Fischer Paper Products is looking for a dependable and motivated Production Packer to join our night shift team. In this role, you will pack finished products, ensure quality standards are met, and support production efficiency in a clean, modern manufacturing environment.

Schedule
- Night Shift: 8:10 PM – 6:30 AM
- Monday–Thursday (10-hour shifts)
- Fridays as needed
- No weekends
Pay
- Pay based on experience
Responsibilities
- Pack bags into boxes efficiently as they come off the line
- Inspect products to ensure quality and food safety standards are met
- Follow all manufacturing and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with team members to support production goals
Qualifications
- 1 year of manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Experience operating machinery is a plus
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
