🛠️ Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our night shift production team. In this role, you’ll operate and maintain Garant, Beasley, and/or Weber printing and converting machines, ensuring efficient production, quality output, and smooth operations.
You’ll play a key role in meeting production goals and helping strengthen our skilled manufacturing team.

- Set up and operate printing/converting machinery
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimize downtime
- Monitor production quality and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
🔧 What You Bring
- At least 1 year of experience in printing, converting, flexible packaging, or a related field
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience with Beasley, Garant, Weber, or similar machines (preferred)
💰 Pay & Schedule
- Shift: Monday–Thursday (4-day workweek!)
- Hours: 8:10 PM – 6:35 AM
- Pay: $20–$24/hour (based on experience)
- Shift Differential: $2/hour
- ✅ No weekends or holidays
