The Front Desk associate is the face of our service with the properties we support. They are responsible for consistently interacting with both residents and guests, while upholding excellence in customer service delivery. May work independently and without direct supervision.
Your Responsibilities
As a full-time associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, and Vision. In addition, you will be eligible for time off benefits, paid holidays, and a 401k with company match. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.
Compensation: $16.00 Hourly

Job Overview:

Your Responsibilities
- Answers telephone properly, and messages are handled courteously, accurately and in a timely manner.
- Responsible for a cash drawer.
- Adhere to Cash Handling Procedures.
- Addressing the open calls in the system. Once calls are handled clerk must close them in the system.
- Be able to work under pressure.
- May receive, classify, and route incoming mail.
- Answer all resident inquiries related to Association payments.
- Receive and process a variety of payments from residents in accordance with our Standard Operating Procedures.
- Operate office equipment (computer, fax, copier, and/or other office equipment.
- Ensure closing procedures are followed daily.
- Critical thinking, problem solving, judgement and decision-making abilities are necessary.
- Ability to maintain positivity and diplomacy in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organization, motivation and interpersonal skills.

- Physical demands include ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms.
- Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
