Front Desk Staff – Pure Envy Med Spa

Overview
We’re looking for a dependable, personable, and highly organized Front Desk Staff member to be the welcoming face of Pure Envy Med Spa. This role is the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive experience while managing a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer support
- Manage phones, walk-ins, and scheduling simultaneously
- Book consultations, process payments/invoices, and support membership sales
- Track data, manage spreadsheets, and complete end-of-day reconciliation
- Handle emails, correspondence, and clerical tasks (filing, scanning, supplies)
- Contribute to team goals with opportunities for long-term growth and leadership
Qualifications
- Experience in a busy front desk or customer-facing role
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Comfort with sales, scheduling systems, and payment handling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets
- Excellent phone etiquette; bilingual abilities a plus
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional under pressure
