Description

Job Overview:

The Facility Monitor is responsible for the daily setup of equipment, cleanliness and overall functionality of the clubhouses. Associate must have exceptional customer service skills, able to constantly move and arrange equipment and have a disposition for facility cleanliness.

Compensation:$18.00-19.25

FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Job Responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications

  • Assist in functions/duties relating to the operation and maintenance of facilities.
  • Daily, hourly set-up of (table/chairs) equipment.
  • Daily cleaning of outdoor Recreation facilities. Conduct regular walkthroughs at least twice per hour
  • Maintain an organized work space according to company procedures Provide “Buddy System” backup for assigned buddy during absence
  • Must arrive on at work on time for each shift..
  • Complete company training as assigned.
  • Attend all mandatory company functions and adhere to First Service Residential Standards of Operation
  • Assist at lifestyle events (set-up, trash removal, tear-down, food/beverage service).
  • Enforce facility rules and regulations
  • Process work-orders as assigned and assist homeowners in person.
  • Provide detail responses for information requests regarding associations' programs and activities.
  • Other duties as may apply from time to time be required.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand/move/sit for extended periods of time.
  • Must have finger dexterity for typing/using a keyboard.
  • Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors, vendors and our clients.

Hours over and above normal office hours will occur, including evenings, holidays, and some weekends. Schedule is subject to change based on business needs.
