Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and IT-related roles
- Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and job requirements
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer negotiation
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technology talent
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking strategies to identify candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the ATS
Qualifications:
- 1 years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical or IT recruiting
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
