Location: Andover- Hybrid (flexible on days, 1-3 days a week... no set amount of days in office)

This is a highly visible opportunity reporting to the Chief of Staff and partnering closely with the CEO and executive leadership team. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the organization's people strategy while remaining hands-on in the areas that matter most—from talent acquisition and leadership development to employee relations, HR systems, compensation, compliance, and M&A integration.This role is ideal for an HR leader who enjoys building infrastructure from the ground up, creating consistency across multiple businesses, and partnering with leaders to solve real-world people and operational challenges.

What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's/MBA preferred.
- 10–15 years of progressive HR experience with increasing leadership responsibility.
- Experience leading and developing HR professionals.
- Experience supporting multiple business units and geographically dispersed operations.
- Proven experience supporting M&A, acquisitions, and organizational integration.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience implementing or optimizing an HRIS.
- Experience in industrial services, manufacturing, construction, engineering, specialty contracting, or a private equity-backed environment strongly preferred.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred.
- ADP experience is a plus.
Salary : $160,000 - $190,000
