We are seeking an experienced Lead Epic Cupid Analyst to provide advanced technical and functional expertise supporting Epic Cupid and related cardiovascular workflows. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert and hands-on resource responsible for troubleshooting, application support, ticket resolution, workflow optimization, and mentorship of other team members.
The Lead Cupid Analyst will partner closely with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to ensure Epic Cupid workflows are reliable, efficient, and aligned with organizational standards and patient-care objectives. The ideal candidate combines deep Epic Cupid expertise with strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Schedule: Hybrid – primarily remote with occasional onsite presence required
Hours: Standard Business Hours
Contract: 6 Months, with potential to extend
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Epic Cupid and related cardiovascular workflows.
- Manage and resolve application incidents, service requests, and support tickets.
- Analyze complex workflow and system issues and identify appropriate solutions.
- Support Epic Cupid build, configuration, testing, upgrades, optimization, and ongoing maintenance.
- Evaluate current workflows and recommend improvements using Epic standard functionality and best practices.
- Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to translate business and clinical requirements into effective Epic solutions.
- Support cardiovascular workflows from ordering through procedures, results, documentation, and follow-up.
- Assist with integrations between Epic and related clinical systems and third-party applications.
- Participate in testing, regression testing, upgrade readiness, and implementation activities.
- Follow established governance, documentation, build, and change-management standards.
- Mentor analysts and provide hands-on technical and functional guidance to team members.
- Promote knowledge transfer and help strengthen the internal team's ability to independently support Epic Cupid.
- Collaborate effectively with Epic teams, clinical leadership, operational stakeholders, vendors, and Epic Technical Services.
- Maintain clear communication and visibility while working in a primarily remote/hybrid environment.
Required Qualifications
- 6 years of Epic experience, with significant hands-on experience supporting Epic Cupid.
- Current Epic Cupid certification required.
- Strong hands-on experience with Epic Cupid configuration, troubleshooting, support, and ticket resolution.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring, training, or providing technical leadership to other Epic analysts.
- Experience supporting complex clinical workflows within healthcare environments.
- Strong understanding of Epic implementation, optimization, upgrades, testing, and production support.
- Ability to translate clinical and operational requirements into effective Epic workflows and build decisions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including the ability to resolve high-priority issues under time constraints.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with clinical, operational, technical, and leadership stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining responsive and collaborative.
- Willingness and ability to report onsite periodically in Marlton, NJ.
Preferred Experience
Experience with cardiovascular and imaging workflows, Epic integrations, PACS/VNA, third-party clinical applications, HL7/FHIR, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, Clarity, and/or BCA environments is beneficial. Experience supporting large or complex Epic environments and working within formal governance and build standards is also preferred.
