Title: Sr. HR Business Partner / HR Manager
Pay: $110,000–$120,000 base 15–20% bonus
Location: Conshohocken, PA
Responsibilities
- Serve as HR lead for Business 60% hourly 40% salaried
- Balance strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution
- Partner on employee relations, performance management, and retention strategies
- Manage 10–15 active requisitions at a time, driving recruitment and onboarding
- Oversee process improvements, compliance, and HR reporting
- Support compensation, payroll, and benefits in partnership with PEO vendor
- Deliver training, onboarding, and employee development programs
- Directly manage one HR Administrator; mentor and coach team members
Requirements
- Proven HR generalist experience with ownership of HR for 150 employees
- Leadership experience (direct management or mentoring/coaching)
- Strong background in employee relations, recruiting, and retention
- Experience supporting both hourly and salaried populations (preferred)
- Multi-site or high-volume HRBP/HR Manager experience (preferred)
