Responsibilities – Accounting Manager
- Process weekly payroll for Union and Non-Union employees
- Manage project costs for ongoing projects, job costing, subcontractor invoices, change orders
- Coordinate wire transfers and ACH payments
- Post journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Assist AP/AR and cash flow statements
- Manage month end close, reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Support external audits through data collection and reporting
- Collaborate with operations teams, support budgeting, forecasting
- Ensure accounting procedures align with company policies and best practices
Requirements – Accounting Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field of study
- 4 years accounting experience (construction required)
- Knowledge of construction job costing and WIP
