AR & Credit Supervisor - Up to $90k bonus
A well-established organization is seeking a Credit Manager to lead its Accounts Receivable function. This role will oversee credit, collections, cash application, and customer account management while managing a team of three direct reports. ***100% Onsite
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of three AR professionals.
- Oversee credit, collections, cash application, and account reconciliation processes.
- Manage AR aging, collection strategies, credit holds, and customer credit approvals.
- Review reporting, resolve escalated account issues, and partner with internal teams.
- Drive process improvements and ensure accurate, timely AR operations.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of commercial credit, collections, and AR processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- ERP experience required
- No degree required.
