Senior Executive Assistant | Support Executive Leadership

We're looking for a polished, proactive professional to partner closely with our Chief Growth Officer and Executive Leadership Team, ensuring the organization operates efficiently while supporting strategic initiatives.

What You'll Do
Serve as the primary Executive Assistant to the SVP, Chief Quality, Regulatory & Compliance Officer
- Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize meetings, coordinate logistics, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and last-minute changes.
- Plan and facilitate executive meetings, town halls, leadership offsites, and team events.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, meeting materials, take meeting notes, and track action items.
- Manage expense reports and corporate card reconciliations using Concur.
- Process purchase orders, manage vendor setup in SAP, and oversee invoice processing.
- Maintain collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint to support communication across the organization.
- Handle highly confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Partner across departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of key business initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 7β10 years of experience supporting C-level executives in a dynamic corporate environment.
- Experience supporting global organizations with complex scheduling across multiple time zones.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems proactively.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.
- Experience with Concur and SAP is highly preferred.
