Title: Regional HR Director – Union Experience Required
Location: Moorestown, New Jersey, United States (Fully Onsite)
Compensation: $110,000 - 130,000 bonus
Schedule: Monday–Friday, fully onsite
Responsibilities:
HR Leadership & Team Management
- Lead a regional HR team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality HR services.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to regional leaders on HR policies, employee relations, union matters, and compliance.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive culture across all locations.
Talent Management & Acquisition
- Develop and implement staffing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Oversee recruitment efforts and collaborate with leadership on talent acquisition planning.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
Policy, Compliance & Process Improvement
- Review and standardize HR policies and procedures across the region.
- Identify organizational bottlenecks and implement corrective action plans.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Serve as a change agent, leading cultural and operational improvements.
Employee Relations & Training
- Manage employee relations, including grievances, arbitration, and conflict resolution in partnership with labor counsel.
- Design and implement training, retention, and development programs to enhance workforce capability.
- Promote a harassment-free, diverse, and inclusive work environment.
Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain and provide HR metrics, headcount reports, and KPIs.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on HR trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements:
Education & Experience
- 5–7 years of HR experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or similar environments.
- Minimum 3 years of direct supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing union workforce.
