A fast-growing company in the Malvern area is looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist to its expanding accounting team. What You’ll Be Doing
- Process customer payments and apply cash accurately to accounts
- Assist with invoicing, account reconciliations, and collections follow-up
- Monitor outstanding balances and help resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain accurate customer account records and supporting documentation
- Use Excel to organize data, track payment activity, and support reporting needs
- Partner with internal departments and customers to ensure smooth payment processing
- Support month-end close activities and ad hoc accounting projects
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Internship or part-time exposure to accounts receivable, billing, or collections
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, sorting/filtering, and data organization
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
