Growing FinTech team hiring a Data Scientist to build and scale forecasting models, own model performance, and support emerging AI/LLM initiatives in a production environment.
Requirements:
- Strong Python data science libraries
- Strong SQL
- Experience with forecasting / time series / predictive modeling
- Experience with metric design performance measurement
- Hands-on with model monitoring, drift detection, and improvement
- Comfortable working with messy, real-world data
- Bonus: exposure to LLMs / AI
Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
