Operations Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist the operations team in planning, organizing and coordinating functions relating to the bank that may include specially designated projects.
• Daily teller balancing
• Daily management reports for Executive Managemen
• Maintain and update designated records system which may include high volumes of financial data and information.
• Monitor and balancing of general ledgers.
• Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements.
• Assist in the development of policies and procedures; ensure accountability.
• Coordinates with different departments to achieve optimal work production.
  
  

Qualifications

• Ability to perform with high level of accuracy and timeliness
• Strong communication Skills
• 3-years banking services
• Experience with deposit services, products, and procedures
  
  

Job Type: Full-time; Monday to Friday; 40 hours per week

Physical setting: Professional Office

Work Location: In person
