Essential Functions
- Build and develop new commercial and consumer loan portfolios.
- Prospect and source lending/banking opportunities
- Effectively negotiate loan structuring and pricing of credit requests.
- Emphasize sound underwriting with focus on loan policy and compliance.
- Deliver high quality credit presentations through analytics and market analysis.
- Introduce different types of loans based on the analysis of customer needs, explore all options.
- Guide customers through the loan application process and provide exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain referral networks, alternate channels and other measures to optimize the performance
- Support the bank's strong relationship banking culture through ongoing customer contact, quality customer service, excellent product knowledge, and community involvement.

- Minimum of 5 years of commercial lending experience and a proven track record of business development
