Job description:
FirstFleet has an immediate need for a 3rd-shift Full-time Dispatcher in Newton, NC, for our Dedicated fleet account.

Salary: DOE $40,000.00
Schedule: - Off Days are Tuesday and Saturday (Sundays are required)
- 10p – 6am
- While in training – 9 am – 5 pm
Duties to include, but not limited to:
· Communicating with customers daily in person, over the phone, and by email
· Interacting with drivers through problem-solving and team building
· Communicate issues and delays to other FirstFleet & Customer locations
· Assist with daily load and route planning
· Monitor and track the driver
· Monitor and process driver payroll
· Process Billing for the customer
· Monitor and update maintenance issues
· Create Maintenance Purchase orders
· TMW/TMT experience a plus
· Ability to work extra hours if needed
· Positive, Professional attitude & Safety minded
· Functional Cross-Training for Growth
