- Automotive Sales experience required; management experience NOT required
- Driven, motivated, and eager to learn dealership leadership and finance operations
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
