Bob Johnson Auto Group is looking for hardworking, motivated individuals to join our Bob Johnson GM location in Le Roy as a Sales Consultant.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs, budget, and lifestyle
- Explain vehicle features, options, pricing, and available programs
- Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, showroom traffic, and previous customers
- Complete required training in DealerWorld and stay current on product knowledge
- Obtain customer and vehicle information, including trade-in and payoff details
- Assist with customer delivery paperwork and ensure a smooth delivery experience
- Help maintain CSI/customer satisfaction standards
- Communicate with managers, finance, and service departments to support the sales process
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Keep work area clean, organized, and customer-ready
- Perform other duties as requested by management
Once you start on the showroom floor this is a fully commission pay plan with opportunities to make monthly, quarterly, and General Motors bonuses!
