Responsibilities – General Sales Manager:

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly goals
  • Oversee daily sales operations and maintain dealership profitability
  • Develop and implement effective sales processes and marketing strategies
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience in every interaction
  • Manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising strategies
  • Collaborate with department heads to support dealership-wide success
  • Drive new motorcycle sales while building long-term customer relationships
  • Leverage CRM tools, data analytics, and digital marketing to optimize results
  • Represent Killer Creek Harley-Davidson at community and dealership events


Requirements/Qualifications – General Sales Manager:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the powersports or automotive industry
  • Passion for motorcycles — Harley-Davidson enthusiasts strongly encouraged to apply
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Results-driven with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Social media and digital marketing savvy (Facebook, Instagram, CRM platforms)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid motorcycle endorsement or willingness to obtain upon offer of employment
