Responsibilities - Automotive BDC Manager for Sales & Service:
- Hire, train, manage, and assist BDC Sales & Service staff in our fast-paced call center environment
- Train and assist Sales staff to respond to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
- Train Sales staff to identify customer’s needs, present product information, and schedule several appointments per day for customers to meet with our dealership's sales team.
- Mentor Sales staff to help them grow their book of business and coach them on proven sales tactics
- Maximize sales and profitability to agreed levels of performance
- Hire, train and assist Service staff in scheduling service appointments and rescheduling missed appointments
- Contribute to high CSI scores
- Automotive BDC Manager experience is preferred
- Excellent leadership and managerial experience and self-motivated to succeed
- A team builder with a strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service, computer, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm, positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
