Rochester Volkswagen is looking for a strong Service Manager to lead our fixed operations team.

Compensation
$90,000 – $150,000 per year (salary performance bonus)
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop service advisors and technicians
- Drive CP hours/RO, ELR, and overall service gross
- Ensure consistent use of Xtime (inspections, ASRs, media)Improve inspection %, ASR %, and close rate
- Manage daily workflow, scheduling, and shop efficiencyMaintain high CSI and customer retention
- Control expenses and drive fixed absorption
