Responsibilities - Sales Manager:

• Provide training and support to the sales team and assist in closing deals
• Lead, motivate and coach the sales team to achieve revenue targets
• Arrange for various financing avenues
• Present customers with aftermarket
• Structure deals for maximum profitability, making credit decisions and effectively closing deals.
• Engage with customers to build a base of referrals and repeat business
• Appraise trades
• Help manage all aspects of the sales department and inventory lot
• Understand dealership operations including all aspects of sales and finance
  
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements - Sales Manager:

• Must have proven and verifiable work experience as an automotive Sales Manager
• Must be able to lead a team, complete follow up processes, analyze lead data, and strategize to maximize sales opportunities
• Auction experience is a plus.
• Steady work and performance history
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures and/or automotive sales experience is greatly valued
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Professional appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Top problem-solving skills
• Organized, detail oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a strong closer
• Valid driver's license
