Job Summary: Responsible for providing support to the tellers as well as supervise teller employees.
Education: A minimum of a high school diploma/GED or equivalent experience is required. Equivalent experience: 1 year of experience is equal to 1 year of education.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in banking is required.
Job Specific Responsibilities:
- Accurately processes all banking transactions.
- Closes customer accounts.
- Balances ATM and night drop.
- Performs quarterly teller drawer audits.
- Performs quarterly ATM card audit.
- Orders weekly branch cash.
- Prepares money to be shipped to FED.
- Completes monthly statement reconciliations for cash advance service.
- Completes monthly review of past due collections.
- Manage and oversee all teller operations, training and customer service standards.
- Assist in staffing and scheduling of teller employees.
- Monitors and approves teller time and attendance.
- Completes annual evaluations and performance corrections, with the assistance and input of the Branch Manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
