This is a full-time, on-site position located in Doral, Florida.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide clear, professional, and timely information to clients and business partners.
- Follow up on open requests and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within company systems.
- Collaborate with closing, pre-closing, accounting, and administrative teams.
- Support initiatives focused on improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Assist with administrative and customer service tasks as needed.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or Client Relations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional customer interaction skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business software.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Experience working in a title company, real estate office, mortgage company, escrow services, or related industry.
- Knowledge of real estate transactions, title services, closings, or settlement processes.
