Key Responsibilities
- Prepare commercial loan documents based on approved credit structures
- Review due diligence and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Coordinate closing timelines with lenders and internal teams
- Track documentation requirements and outstanding items
- Maintain electronic loan files and records
- Assist with post-closing collateral perfection (UCC filings, recordings, insurance tracking)
- Support ongoing servicing and portfolio monitoring activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Banking, loan processing, or commercial lending experience preferred
- Experience with commercial documentation and collateral perfection preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
