Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer service calls in an on‑site call center
- Provide accurate information regarding bank accounts, transactions, and services
- Complete telephone banking transactions with attention to detail and accuracy
- Research customer issues and resolve problems efficiently
- Escalate complex issues following bank procedures
- Promote banking products such as deposit accounts, online banking, mobile banking, and debit cards

Required Qualifications
