- A minimum of 8 years of experience as a MongoDB Database Administrator or a similar role in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- In-depth knowledge of MongoDB's architecture, replication, and sharding.
- Proven experience with performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of database security best practices and experience implementing security controls in a financial or other regulated industry.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation.
- Experience with Linux/Unix system administration.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
