We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer with hands-on experience in wastewater treatment systems.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have
Wastewater treatment experience is mandatory. Candidates with only general construction, semiconductor, or manufacturing QA/QC experience and no wastewater treatment background will not be considered.

Mandatory Requirements
We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer with hands-on experience in wastewater treatment systems.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have
- 5 years of QA/QC engineering experience, including wastewater treatment projects.
- Experience inspecting static and rotating equipment, piping, and structural components.
- Hands-on experience with pumps, tanks, valves, filters, mixers, pressure vessels, and piping systems.
- Experience in welding inspection, fabrication, installation, and commissioning.
- Strong knowledge of ASME, ASTM, AWS, API, and ISO 9001 standards.
- Experience preparing and reviewing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), WPS/PQR, inspection reports, and quality documentation.
- Familiarity with NDT methods (VT, PT, MT, RT, UT).
- Experience conducting hydrostatic, pneumatic, pressure, and leak testing.
- Perform QA/QC inspections throughout fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Verify materials, welding, piping, equipment, and structural work meet project quality standards.
- Prepare inspection reports, quality plans, and compliance documentation.
- Identify quality issues, issue NCRs, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and third-party inspectors.
- Support quality audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
- Participate in equipment inspections, piping walkdowns, testing, and final acceptance.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- AWS CWI or CSWIP 3.1 certification preferred.
- Experience in wastewater treatment, construction, or EPC projects.
- Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Must be available to work onsite in Boise, Idaho.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Comfortable working in a construction environment, including walking extensively and lifting up to 40 lbs.
