We are a full-service title company specializing in both residential and commercial real estate transactions. We are seeking an experienced Title Processor/Closer to join our team.
This role is responsible for managing real estate files from contract to closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service to clients, lenders, and real estate professionals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process title orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Examine title commitments, policies, and related documents; clear all title requirements and curative matters
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and other parties throughout the transaction
- Prepare and review legal documents, including deeds, affidavits, settlement statements, and curative instruments
- Schedule and facilitate closings, ensuring all documents are properly executed and notarized
- Set up wire transfers and manage check disbursements
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and timely communication
- Maintain organized, accurate transaction files from start to funding
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate title processing and closing
- Strong knowledge of Florida real estate transactions, title insurance, and closing procedures
- Experience with SoftPro Select strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and title software systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Professional demeanor with all parties involved
- Notary Public certification preferred (or ability to obtain in Florida)
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred (high school diploma required)
Additional Requirements
- This is an in-office position (not remote)
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to Miramar, FL five days per week
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
