We are partnering with a leading Cyber Intelligence software company to hire an Integration & Support Engineer based in Plano, Texas. This fully onsite role is ideal for a Linux-focused engineer with experience in RHEL, Ansible, Kickstart, Bash scripting, networking fundamentals, Git, and PostgreSQL.
Education Required:
Bachelor’s in Information Technology or Bachelor’s in Computer Science
Role Overview
The Integration & Support Engineer will be responsible for supporting software integration activities, operating system deployments, configuration management, and testing in both lab and customer environments.
This role requires strong technical expertise in Linux systems, Bash scripting, automation, networking fundamentals, and DevOps tools. The engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful software deliveries, deployments, validation, and troubleshooting.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
- Experience with Kickstart for automated OS installations
- Proficiency with Red Hat Ansible Automation
- Hands-on experience with Git
- Strong Bash scripting skills for automation, log analysis, and system tasks
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools such as Excel, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Ability to install, configure, validate, and troubleshoot software packages
Required Certification
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator — RHCSA / EX200
- Equivalent hands-on experience may also be considered.
