Nokia Field Engineer - Seattle, Washington Market
To perform installation, commissioning, integration, and troubleshooting of Nokia BTS, AirScale, small cell, DAS, and LTE/5G wireless network equipment across multi-vendor environments.
Support 4G/5G network deployments including e-sRAN integrations, software upgrades, E-911 call testing, VoIP configuration, fiber installation, DC power work, and remote troubleshooting activities.
Execute commissioning and integration of Nokia LTE and 5G systems including ASIM, ASIP, ASIL, ABIA, ABIO, ABIL modules and radio units such as AHFII, AHLOA, AHLOB, AHFIG, and AEHC.
Collaborate with RF engineering, project management, and remote support teams to resolve network performance issues, reduce downtime, and optimize wireless and VoIP service reliability.
Conduct site audits, redlines, closeout documentation, RET verification, and quality inspections to ensure compliance with customer standards, safety requirements, and project deliverables.
Lead field operations, contractor coordination, and technical training on MOPs, RFDS, EM/SW systems, port mapping, and integration procedures to support successful project execution and first-time-right installations.
