About the Role
We are looking for a TikTok-native Content & Growth Manager to build and scale the social presence of a fast-growing sports apparel brand. This role sits at the intersection of culture, creativity, and growth. If you have a proven track record of growing communities and creating content that stops the scroll, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Strategy: Define the brand’s TikTok voice, creative direction, and content calendar.
- Create High-Impact Content: Develop, shoot, and edit TikTok-native content that captures real moments in sports and active living.
- Drive Growth: Spot trends early, experiment with new formats, and optimize for reach, engagement, and shareability.
- Build Community: Foster authentic connections through comments, UGC, and creator collaborations.
- Launch Campaigns: Concept and execute viral challenges and activations that drive participation.
- Analyze & Optimize: Use data to refine strategy, track performance (views, followers, traffic), and turn insights into repeatable playbooks.
Who You Are
- 3 years of experience in social media or short-form video content creation.
- Deeply fluent in TikTok culture: You know what works, what trends, and why.
- Proven creator: You have a track record of producing high-performing or viral content (please share examples/portfolio).
- Creative & analytical: You balance creative instincts with a sharp eye for performance metrics.
- Lifestyle brand experience and a passion for sports/fitness culture are highly preferred.
- Bonus Points: You’ve grown an account from 0 to 100K , managed influencer campaigns, or used TikTok analytics/paid boosting.

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
