About the Company
First Heritage is a subsidiary of Stanley Martin Homes, a National Top Home Builder that is growing throughout the Florida region. We have communities throughout the state and are recruiting the best loan officers to support our builder as the sole preferred lender.
About the Role
The candidate will be able to maintain their own successful origination business which will be complimented with warm referrals from our builder that results in high capture rates.
Qualifications
- 1 years' of residential mortgage lending
- current minimum annual production of $12M or 18 units
Required Skills
- Ability to originate and close loans.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the mortgage industry
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
- Spanish language knowledge is a plus
