What are the responsibilities and job description for the Producing Branch Manager position at First Heritage Mortgage, LLC?
The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities. This candidate is responsible for hiring, training, and dismissing any employees at the branch. They will focus on recruiting Loan Officers and growing their origination volume and units. First Heritage is a subsidiary of Stanley Martin Homes, a National Top Home Builder that is growing throughout the Florida region. We have communities throughout the Florida pan-handle and are looking to open a branch in that area. Exact location is TBD.
Responsibilities
- Manage Loan Officers assigned to the branch
- Maintain financial responsibility for all expenses, wages, and asset management
- Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement
- Hire and train all sales employees of the branch
Qualifications
- 2 years' of residential mortgage lending
- Experience hiring and training individuals
Salary : $20,000 - $50,000
