The Vice President (VP) Officer – Wealth Management Officer plays a pivotal role in enabling the Wealth Management Team to deliver exceptional client service by bridging and leveraging technology, operations, and partner relationships as well as participate in strategic discussions and planning. By driving technology adoption, improving collaboration, fostering cross-functional alignment and creating brand awareness, this role will enhance productivity and drive organic growth. Scope includes Wealth Management initiatives impacting advisor and banker productivity, platform adoption, and client experience across multiple lines of business.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $90,000-$135,000/year, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Associate Degree or higher
- 5 years of work experience in the financial service, technology or marketing field
- 5 years of progressive experience in the financial services, technology or marketing fields, with demonstrated responsibility for cross-functional initiatives, business enablement or strategic program leadership
- Experience in project coordination, platform/digital adoption, social media or client engagement support.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage cross-functional workflows
- Excellent communication skills tailored to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Flexible self-starter who works with integrity and has an exceptional work ethic
- Demonstrated data literacy, with the ability to interpret performance metrics, adoption data, and client insights to inform decisions, influence stakeholders, and guide strategic initiatives
