Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Honolulu, HI for an Operations Assistant. The Operations Assistant will oversee daily operational tasks, assist in managing client accounts, coordinate office functions, and ensure the smooth operation of workflows and processes. The individual will provide excellent customer service, facilitate communication with clients, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The role involves working collaboratively with team members to ensure operational efficiency and exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Operations and Operations Management to efficiently oversee and improve workflows and processes.
- Excellent Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Effective Communication skills for professional interactions with clients and team members.
- Customer Service experience to ensure client satisfaction and relationship building.
- Additional qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field are preferred but not mandatory.
