First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Mutual Fund Account Representative to join our team in a Peak Time role (19 hours/week). In this role, you will be responsible for servicing existing clients of Bishop Street Capital Management. Works closely with clients, answering inquiries related to transactions, holdings, and fund information. This position will also work closely with the Portfolio Managers of the Fund, Compliance, and Administrators.
Compensation:
The hourly salary range for this role is $20.00-$35.00/hr; commensurate with experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related fields and/or equivalent work experience.
- Basic financial planning experience including familiarity with CRM Software (Salesforce, FIS D1)
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in warm calling, sales, or customer service.
- Knowledge of the investment industry
