First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Collection Representative to join our Loan Recovery Department Team. In this key role, you will be c ollects money on written-off loans and miscellaneous losses, including all types of commercial and consumer loans, real estate accounts, Firstline accounts, overdrafts, Yes Checks, and MasterCard and Visa accounts.
Compensation
The hourly salary range for this role is: $17.00 - $24.50/hour; commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM (hours may vary)

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Associate’s degree in business, related field, or equivalent experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- Experience in collections preferred
- 1 year of experience in banking, collections or related field or equivalent experience required
- Proficient in the use of PC, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Able to type 40 wpm
- Able to communicate effectively
- Possess attention to detail
