First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Collection Representative to join our Loan Recovery Department Team. In this key role, you will be collects money on written-off loans and miscellaneous losses, including all types of commercial and consumer loans, real estate accounts, Firstline accounts, overdrafts, Yes Checks, and MasterCard and Visa accounts.
Compensation:
The hourly salary range for this role is: $17.00 - $24.50/hour; commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM (hours may vary)
The ideal candidate will have:
- Associate’s degree in business, related field, or equivalent experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- Experience in collections preferred
- 1 year of experience in banking, collections or related field or equivalent experience required
- Proficient in the use of PC, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Able to type 40 wpm
- Able to communicate effectively
- Possess attention to detail
