Work Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Hours may vary)
Compensation
The hourly salary range for this role is $21.50 to $29.50/hr; commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
Provides broad administrative and operational support to division leadership and staff. This role is responsible for coordinating activities, managing logistics, maintaining organized records, and supporting day-to-day administrative functions to ensure efficient operations across the division.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Undergraduate degree in business preferred
- Five or more years of experience in administrative support functions in a corporate office environment required
- Possesses excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Able to handle confidential matters judiciously
- Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through
- Able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
- Good time management skills
- Proficiency in use of PCs, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Possesses a positive attitude and flexibility
- Able to work independently or in a team environment
Salary : $22 - $30
